Steer clear of this trading platform, folks. I put in 500 EUR, but honestly, I wasn't impressed with their setup. When I tried to take out my 500 EUR, they only sent me back 475 EUR. Their customer service is terrible—no responses at all. I just want my 25 EUR back, please!

I've noticed some negative feedback, mostly from folks pushing their services to help traders get back funds from brokers they think have scammed them. Honestly, these individuals ought to take their comments and promotions somewhere else because Tiomarkets deserves all 5 stars in my book. Trustpilot really should consider banning these people since I keep seeing the same services and names of providers being advertised across different broker reviews.

Dealing with this broker has been nothing short of a nightmare. They treat customer issues like it’s no big deal. I’ve sent multiple emails asking to update my Gmail address, even provided my ID, but still no response. They seem intent on keeping the little money I have left with them. I just want to change my Gmail so I can access my account again. It’s been two weeks since I lost my phone, and it feels like I’m being ignored. My wallet ID is 43924; please look into this. Once my Gmail is updated, I’ll take down this review. Maybe someone is pretending to be me.
